Minimum Two Night Stay
Upon making reservation, a credit card will be charged for first nights rent, with a full refund
(less $10 for credit card charges) if canceled within fourteen days of stay. Cancellations
made within 72 hours of stay will forfeit payment already charged upon booking.
Credit card on file will serve as a security deposit for any damages from neglect
or misuse of the cabin or property.

River Ridge Cottage
River Ridge Cottage offers all the amenities of a first class stay, and then some!
With 1800 sq. feet of living space including 2 "private bedrooms" with King size beds and a bunk room with a queen size bed you won't be disappointed with the amount of indoor and outdoor space you'll have to enjoy here! The cottage has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, capacity for up to 8 people.

The Wilderness Cabin
There are few places on the Caddo River that have access to the water like this and the Frontier Cabin! You can expect all the normal luxuries of a full kitchen, air-conditioning, and satellite TV. However it doesn't end there. The master bedroom has a pillow top king size bed. The cabin will sleep up to 8 people with an additional queen bed, a fold out double, and futon. The kitchen even has a dishwasher and your very own laundry facilities. (Continued below)
The Frontier Cabin
...and just like the Wilderness Cabin, you can expect all the same ammenities. It's just a slightly different style in the design of the cabin.

Reservations can be made for any of the accommodations above with either a Visa,
Master Card, or Discover Card.
A deposit is required, and varies depending on the cabin.
The cancellation policy for each cabin is as follows:
If we are notified 7 days in advance of your cancellation, you will receive a 50% refund on your deposit.
If we are contacted 72 hours or less prior to a reservation date, the deposit is forfeited and no refund may be issued.
