FISHING ON THE CADDO RIVER
3 day, out-of-State fishing licenses can be obtained at www.agfc.com in advance,
or here in town.

The Caddo River in Ouachita Mountains of Southwest Arkansas is well known for its Large and Smallmouth bass. It has been named as one of the best Smallmouth Rivers in Arkansas. Other common catches include Blue and Channel Catfish, Brim, Crappie, White Bass, and occasionally even Walleye are spotted. We can tell you what sections of the river have what, and good places to fish. The only thing we ask is that you keep in mind is that all Smallmouth under 12 inches need to be put back. A limit of two (2) over 12 inches can be kept, but catch and release the rest.

Scott and Matt are here from California on their annual fishing trip. Nice catch!

Quite a challenging CATCH, with a fly rod!!!
