To Caddo River From Texarkana

Follow I-30 East to Arkadelphia (exit 73) and follow the Arkadelphia directions. Or, take Highway 71 North and make a right onto Highway 70 (five miles north of Lockesburg), go 48 miles and turn right on Highway 8 before crossing the Caddo River Bridge. The office is 100 yards up the hill on the left.
